The Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification is a modular program designed to provide top-tier Pilates education, following the classical principles of Joseph Pilates. This program covers mat, reformer, tower, chairs, barrels, and auxiliary equipment, equipping you to teach Pilates as an integrated movement system.

Level 3

Course Overview: Successful completion of Levels I and II requirements and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications recommended.

Module 1: Advanced Level Mat, Reformer, Cadillac (20 hours) This module completes the lessons on advanced level mat, reformer and cadillac exercises, teaching transitions and techniques.

Module 2: Advanced Level Chair, Barrels, Auxiliary Equipment (20 hours) This module completes advanced level exercises with auxiliary equipment and jump board. Students also review case studies, which illustrate the application and value of a classical Pilates program.

Module 3: Final Comprehensive Assessment (6 hours) This one-day assessment comprises the final Comprehensive Certification assessments including written and practical assessments. A Peak Pilates^® Full Comprehensive Certification is awarded to instructors who pass all Level III assessments and complete 60 logged hours.

We also launched the “MEFIT Teen Summit” in 2016, which attracted over 900+ teenagers from both local and international schools in the UAE, with the aim to educate and inspire health & Fitness amongst teenagers in the region. “MEFIT Teen Summit” was recognized as ‘Best Sports/Fitness Event’ at the 2019 UAE Teen Sports and Fitness Awards. In 2019 MEFIT was also launched in Egypt with huge success and we continue to grow this event around the region.
